Lumina Auction Rules
- The auction will be open for bidding at 9:00 pm Saturday, January 21 and close at 9:00 pm Saturday, January 28, 2010.
- Bidders must register in order to place a bid.
- Before students begin bidding, parents must be made aware of these bids.
- The producers of Lumina will contact winning bidders within 48 hours of the auction's close with arrangements for payment and the next steps to obtain the items.
- The only form of payment that will be accepted is by a cheque made out to St. Clement's School.
- If payment is not received within 5 business days from initial contact after the auction close, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
- Once the auction has closed, winning bidders will be able to pick up their item at St. Clement's School. Further information regarding pick up dates will be sent by email.
- Please note that alterations cannot be made on the garments
