Lumina Auction Rules

  1. The auction will be open for bidding at 9:00 pm Saturday, January 21 and close at 9:00 pm Saturday, January 28, 2010.
  2. Bidders must register in order to place a bid.
  3. Before students begin bidding, parents must be made aware of these bids.
  4. The producers of Lumina will contact winning bidders within 48 hours of the auction's close with arrangements for payment and the next steps to obtain the items.
  5. The only form of payment that will be accepted is by a cheque made out to St. Clement's School.
  6. If payment is not received within 5 business days from initial contact after the auction close, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
  7. Once the auction has closed, winning bidders will be able to pick up their item at St. Clement's School. Further information regarding pick up dates will be sent by email.
  8. Please note that alterations cannot be made on the garments
